NonViolent Communication is a concept developed by Marshall Rosenberg (USA). The purpose is to allow people to communicate effecticely and compassionately with other people. The core of the concept is to be in connection with the other person while communicating. That means clearly wording your observations, your feelings and your needs and to make clear requests to the other without demanding anything. NonViolent Communication is like a new language in which judgements do't exist. Because we can regognise each others feelings and human needs are universal we leran to understand each other at that level.
