It opens the way to my creativity and playfulness and helps me to know what I feel and what I want. Eva Rambala
Before studying Nonviolent Communication (NVC) I thought I was born in the wrong family. I thought that to be happy I must change these people close to me. Applying "empathic listening" I found that it is enough just to fully hear what is alive in others' hearts. When the sense of being heard comes, flexibility radically increases, and conflicts dissolve. I discovered Nonviolent Communication (NVC) in 1996. Ever since, I have been committed to using it in every aspect of my life and, for the last eight years, been teaching it to others. I've seen in many different cultures how NVC effectively handles conflicts with family, friends, and colleagues in an honest, loving and compassionate manner. Of all the topics to which this approach can be applied, empathy is for me the sweetest, and I love the aliveness and the presence that comes with honesty. In 1999, I became an authorized trainer of the International Center for Nonviolent Communication (CNVC). I worked closely with Marshall Rosenberg, the founder of CNVC for 5 years in many trainings in 30 different countries all over the globe. I love the openness and love which is created after a couple of days training.

Fred gives CCI basictraining in New England and California and was cotrainer of Joke Stassen and Niek Sickenga in a CCI- and Communication training in Spain en trainings in the USA and Hungary. Fred about teaching CCI basics: "this is a wonderful opportunity to share information which helps people explore themselves so that they can live richer fuller lives. It is a way in which I recommit myself to my own learning and growing."
Siglind Willms Germany

I am an behaviour-therapist and connected psychotherapy with co-counselling to offer people the possibility to stay as much as possible self-reliant during therapy and go on working themselves after having finished it. Since 1979 I work together with Johannes Risse. We came in contact in 1996 with Joke and Niek. Visited my first international CCI meeting in 1998 in the Netherlands. Co-counselling means for me helping to make democratic, non competitive structures grow, handle emotional processes in an adequate way and pay attention to personal growth'. Was coteaching with Joke Stassen trainingen in germany and Poland.
Val Montague (New Zealand)

In 1990 I went to Europe and took part in co-counsel events there including the first Transpersonal Coco with John Heron in Italy. Resulting from that, John began a regular training schedule in NZ, and now lives here. I was fortunate to be part of many workshops he taught. I enjoy International CCI events, and was privileged to teach fundamentals at a retirement village in Tennessee after the USA CCI in 1998. Still I am teaching Fundamentals, Advanced and Teacher training along with a 6 Category Intervention Skills training. Teaching inspires and feeds me, also as a travelling teacher." Val taught several 6 Category Intervention Trainings at the Beukehof, and is open to do more training work in Europe.
