NonViolent Communication is a concept developed by Marshall Rosenberg (USA). The purpose is to allow people to communicate effecticely and compassionately with other people. the NVC Dance Floors

In trainings we sometimes use the NVC Dance Floors. Justine Mol translated the NVC Dance Floors, developed by Gina Lawrie and Bridget Belgrave (www.nvcdancefloors.com) into Dutch. There is also a german version available.
The dance floors are built with large cards, that represent the steps of the process of Nonviolent Communication on the floor.
Participants walk from card to card, coached by a trainer and / or supported by co-participants.
There are seven dances, intended for  speaking out dialogues and for the inner processes, like the Self-Compassion Dance, Dance The Anger, the Educator / Chooser Dance and the Yes / No Dans.
