Breaking the pattern that CCI trainers gather before an international CCI gathering, like they are used in Europe, has special advantages. Like reflecting on what happened at that CCI meeting, like being open and trustful after a week living together, and experiencing to do so in peace.
These advantages connected with special abilities bring the further process on to another level. So I observed next Sunday evening Àgota, being busy, while people are sharing, with deciding this item is individual, that item is collective. Thanks Àgota for that generous input!
Talking', sharing, thinking about 'we' and leave personal interests behind, contributes to a collective awareness. In that awareness we, some 14 trainers, were able to develop further idea's how to create possibilities of another worldwide approach of introducing the CCI core principles in living in peace together. We also were able to tackle personal problems, leaving and respecting them as such. We all created a climate of self generating by our sharing and being together. So we focused on the success of this CCI in Hungary and got a knowledge that the success and the size of the number of participants are highly interconnected. Maybe a successful number is around 50 to 80 participants. So we might need to think too about organizing meetings of that size. And think simultaneously how we could organize in the future the actual ideas of such meetings in another concept, to meet the needs of a growing number of participants in total.
So, according to my notes, items to know more about are, how 'problems' (conflicts) between people evolve, and more, what is behind that? And how they has been solved. Or gaining more insights about the role of the counsellor (speaking from the hart) and the relationship between trust and fear, self responsibility. We focused also on the needs and possibilities of learning about the way of conscious conversation, skills of being interactive etc.
We had a great time together in that small village in the woods of Buda. Just before leaving that venue I read in the hall two quotes :
'Great energies are released wherever, there is no difference between what we believe, what we think and what we do' – Krishnamurti.
'And ever has it been that love knows not its own depth until the hour of separation' Khalil Gibran.
