The year 2010 will be marked for CCI World News Service as the year of the transformation. Not only because of its physical appearance after ten years of service, but as well for its content. The content management system, as it is now realised by suggestions and in practice by Shayla Malek (Australia), was introduced by Dency Sargent at CCI USA (April 2010). Thanks also to the generous support of Wayne Buchner (Australia) and of Joke Stassen (the Netherlands) – the latest also continuing still after the introduction of the transformed site. The transformation is in itself an amazing and continuing experience! The content of the site so far had to be reviewed and updated since 2000. And while doing so, and keeping the more pronounced events striking, as being – for this time and in my view – significant for the development of the CCI approach, it unfolded itself and showed the continuity of this process. Like the paradigm shift does. Like co-creating does. Like the wording of the core of CCI itself, becoming more and more clear, did.
not 'they'; I!
And in total, most possible: not they changed, 'they were already always there as they are'. But I changed. I changed in a way that I was able to become more aware of them in their for me 'new format' because of my change and gaining insight(s) of how it might be. Grace to this creative process! Because I accepted the process of re-wording, re- living, re-membering.
So I am pleased – and more than that – that John Heron added to the six ways of working in CCI co-counselling, as they are seen by Barbara Langton, a seventh way in the CCI co-creating perception: the way of 'artistic expression and discovery'. It has amazed me already a long time, how creative processes like drawing, whether writing, whether playing piano, making music in general, story telling etc. in the core are a creative and by that a healthy process. Why, and how, I do not know, but practicing it if not observing/living it, may add something unexpected and miraculous to it. It gives the result anyway a very special flavour!
the ways
Important for the further development of the whole CCI co-counselling approach is in my perception for now, to implement the possession of the six ways as Barbara Langton detected them. They are in the role of client: 1) the way of the spiritual opening, 2) the way of celebration of strength, 3) the nurturing and self care, 4) the healing of the memories. 5) the way of creative thinking and problem solving and 6) the way of goal-setting and action planning.
All those ways are also to be travelled in what can be called the next stage, in my view more focussed on the future than the past, the more spiritual oriented phase, called co-creating. To this phase of transformed CCI co-counselling John Heron adds the seventh's way of artistic expression and discovery, as mentioned before. By acknowledging co-creating in this way, CCI co-counselling gained at the same time its human universal spiritual future. In that sense CCI co-counselling is the forerunner of CCI co-creation. And those two do complete each other in the benefit of human beings.
This opens a new personally to explore and to share universe. And CCI World News Service wishes you in this light and acknowledgment in every way a Happy New Year!
